At Knowliy_edtech, we are committed to creating a reliable and respectful online learning environment for both students and tutors. These Terms & Conditions outline your responsibilities as a user of our platform and help ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and learning experiences.

 

✔️ By using our platform, you agree to the following:You are either 13 years or older or have permission from a parent or guardian.All the information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date.You will use the platform only for educational purposes and will not misuse or try to manipulate the system.You will maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward all users.

 

✔️ For Tutors:If you're joining Knowliy_edtech as a tutor, you must:Have strong subject knowledge and be able to explain concepts clearly.Be capable of solving numerical and theoretical problems quickly and correctly.Be punctual and complete assigned tasks or sessions on time.Maintain professionalism when communicating with students.Accept that missing deadlines or failing to complete tasks may result in warnings or removal from the platform.Be flexible with work hours, especially since many students are from the USA and Gulf countries, meaning sessions may occur between 5 PM and 9 AM IST.

✔️ For Students & Parents:If you're using our platform as a student (or parent of a student), you agree to:Attend scheduled sessions on time.Communicate any issues or rescheduling needs in advance.Respect the tutor's time and effort by being prepared and engaged.Avoid sharing or copying academic material dishonestly.

✔️ Cancellations & Scheduling:Students can cancel or reschedule sessions through the platform. We recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance.Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be eligible for refunds.Tutors must also notify Knowliy_edtech of any schedule changes as early as possible.

✔️ Payments:All payments are processed securely through our platform.Tutors are paid based on completed tasks or sessions, and earnings depend on performance, subject expertise, and workload.Tutors who deliver high-quality service and meet deadlines will be prioritized for future assignments.
